Throughout human history, natural healers, tribal medicine men, practitioners of Oriental medicine have passed on their knowledge from generation to generation. An ancient Chinese philosophy more than 6, 000 years old is reflected in the I-Ching (The Book of Changes). The I-Ching explains that in order to attain harmony, there must be balance between the Yin and the Yang, the dark and the light, in all aspects of life. Intuitively we always seek to maintain this ever-changing and elusive balance in the world around us, seek the moment when our mind, body, and soul can be one with the universe.
